50+ Spanish Immersion Program
Our 50+ Spanish Immersion Program is designed for travelers who want to improve their Spanish while experiencing the authentic culture, nature, and hospitality of Costa Rica in a welcoming and supportive environment.
Program Includes:
- 4 hours of Spanish classes per day (Monday–Friday)
- Small group classes organized by Spanish level
- Spanish course book
- Snacks during the class break
- Homestay accommodation (Sunday–Sunday)
- Private room
- Two meals per day
- Weekly laundry service
- Cultural activities and guided excursions
Our Homestay Coordinator carefully matches each participant with a host family based on their preferences whenever possible, helping create a comfortable stay and an authentic cultural immersion experience.
Private Lodging Option: For participants who prefer additional privacy and comfort, private on-campus accommodations are also available for an additional cost, subject to availability.

The CPI 50+ Spanish & Culture Program is a three-week immersion experience designed for travelers aged 50 and over who want to improve their Spanish while discovering the authentic culture and natural beauty of Costa Rica. The program combines small-group Spanish classes with cultural activities, guided excursions, and a welcoming community of like-minded participants. Students stay with carefully selected host families, providing meaningful opportunities to practice Spanish and experience everyday Costa Rican life in a comfortable, supportive environment.
